Made in DC Retail Residency — Vendor Call Opportunity!

The Department of Small and Local Business Development is proud to announce that vendor applications are open for the FY26 Made in DC Retail Residency, an initiative presented by DSLBD and curated by Steadfast Supply.

The Made in DC Creative Retail Residency is designed to support Made in DC Certified businesses by providing the opportunity to showcase their products in a curated retail environment while participating in educational programming, marketing initiatives, and community events.

Eligible vendors are makers with strong, retail-ready products, compelling brand stories, and a demonstrated commitment to expanding their retail presence.

Selected participants will have the opportunity to:

• Showcase products at Steadfast Supply retail store

• Participate in educational and professional development programming
• Receive marketing and promotional support
• Engage with customers through community events and maker activations
• Connect with fellow Made in DC Certified businesses

Eligibility

• MUST Be Made in DC Certified

• Not currently be a retail vendor at Steadfast Supply

• Be available to participate in residency programming throughout the program period, including workshops, one-on-one consultations, and at least one community event
