The DC Department of Small and Local Business Development is excited to announce that it will be soliciting applications for the Fiscal Year 2024 (“FY24”) Aspire and Dream Alumni Lottery Grants. DSLBD intends to award reimbursement grants of $5,000 each from the total of $180,000 in available funds. These alumni grants, through which awarded businesses may be reimbursed for up to $5,000 in business expenses incurred from October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024, are intended to serve as seed funding for early-stage businesses. Only businesses that are properly licensed and are compliant with all District taxes and fees are eligible to apply for an FY24 Aspire and Dream Alumni Lottery Grant.

Deadline of interest: September 30, at 2:00 pm. Eastern, no exceptions.
