to help DC Businesses and DC residents exploring entrepreneurship, regardless of their business size, industry or risk level, access capital to open and grow their business in the District of Columbia.

  1. FINANCING PRODUCTS

DSLBD 2018 Microloan -- Loans up to $50,000 for DC-based small or disadvantaged business owners or residents. Wards 7 & 8 businesses are encouraged to apply.  For more information, contact our loan manager, Wacif, at 202- 529-5505 x217, [email protected]

DSLBD-supported LOANS via a Loan Loss Reserve -- DSLBD helps lenders offer microloans to clients who traditional lenders may not consider or deem “at risk.”  Loan amounts available vary by lender.

For loans $500 - $7,500

  • managing businesses finances
  • financial issues that may affect loan-readiness (such as credit repair)
