DSBLD seeks a market opportunities study, direct marketing to and of CBEs, and back-office direct services and training in topics and areas that would strengthen CBEs' preparedness and competitiveness for green energy-related procurement opportunities. The grant opens on January 20, 2025, and will close on February 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM (EST).

The Aspire Incubator Program is a cohort-based training program for up to 20 DC-residents who are returning citizens and/or justice-involved starting or growing a DC-based business.

The multiple grant recipients will provide services to support other local businesses by offering business development courses, cohort management, and program marketing across several DSLBD programs such as Aspire to Entrepreneurship, Dream Pitch, Food Waste Innovation, and Just Cannabusiness.
